There are over 70 artisans threading 712 types of beads (who knew there were that many kinds of beads?!) and 500,000 Swarovski crystals through 1,225 different fabrics, to put together the unimaginable costume ensemble that two-time Tony Award winner Gregg Barnes designed.

Meet Nephi Garcia, a 32-year-old fashion designer and father of three who lives in Orange, California.

Nephi, who has been designing for the past nine years, used to focus on high fashion. "But once I had kids, it started to feel like the industry wasn't really working for me," Garcia told BuzzFeed.

Last year, after the family planned a trip to Disney World, Nephi's 6-year-old daughter Lili asked him to make a costume she could wear to the park.

He made her a Fairy Godmother dress from some scrap fabrics, and she wore it on the family's day trip. People instantly started freaking out. Some visitors even asked for her autograph. "The following day, I got an order for 10 costumes."

This is Tayler Michelle Gray, a 19-year-old aspiring ultrasound technician and a recent graduate of Parkland High School in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Throughout her high school career she's been hustling toward her dream of working in the health field, Gray told BuzzFeed News.

During her junior year, she entered Parkland High School's online program to finish her degree while she studied at Lehigh Career and Technical Institute to become a nursing assistant, she said.

At the end of March, she started her current job at a rehabilitation center for seniors.

The only thing she was missing to move on in her career was her high school degree.
