Abbi Price, a teenager from Coventry, UK, turned 18 last week.
And her mom Sharon got her the most amazing birthday cake.
She tweeted the cake alongside the photo that inspired it yesterday, and it has since been retweeted more than 18,000 times.
Price told BuzzFeed News that the toilet cake was based on this photo of her after "a small gathering with family and friends."
Price said she drank a little more than she could handle and spent hours being sick in the toilet.

Lice are 2-3mm long and tan or grey in colour.
And eggs will camouflage with your natural hair pigments to match your hair colour.

Head lice cannot hop or fly, and rely on specially adapted claw-like structures. They move at an average of 9.5cm per minute and are spread primarily through hair to hair contact. Which is why they are commonly found in active school children (and maybe group selfie takers).
