Make sure you have some really good pens.
It's been proven that you'll remember things a lot better if you handwrite them rather than typing. So if you're going to be writing for hours at a time, you'll need a pen that's easy to hold and writes well. Stick with ballpoint if it works for you, but something like a gel pen or a thin felt-tip might be even better. Or get a pen grip to be more ~ergonomic~.

Here's Four Healthy Ways To Make A Salmon Dinner Tonight

Four Easy Salmon Dinners

One-Pan Avocado Lime Salmon
INGREDIENTS
6 ounces skinless salmon
1 garlic clove, minced
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
½ teaspoon paprika
For the avocado topping:
1 avocado, chopped
1/4 red onion, chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lime juice
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F/200˚C.
2. On a baking sheet, season salmon with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, mix avocado topping ingredients until fully incorporated. Don’t overmix or you’ll break down your avocado.
5. Spoon avocado topping over the salmon.
6. Enjoy!
One-Pan Tomato Pesto Salmon
INGREDIENTS
6 ounces skinless salmon
2 zucchinis, sliced
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
3 tablespoons pesto
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F/200˚C.
2. On a baking sheet, lay down zucchini. Drizzle on olive oil and sprinkle on salt and pepper.
3. Lay the salmon on the zucchini, and spread the pesto on top of the salmon. Top with tomatoes.
4. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
5. Enjoy!

A Foster Brother Accused Of Incest Took Selfies While Cops Searched For His Sister's Killer
Tiahleigh Palmer was last seen alive on October 30, 2015, when her foster father, and now accused killer, Rick Thorburn dropped her off near Marsden State High School in Logan, south of Brisbane.

On Tuesday, Rick Thorburn was charged with murder, while Tiahleigh's 19-year-old foster brother Trent Thorburn was charged with incest, attempting to pervert the court of justice, and two counts of perjury.
Here is what the family has been doing since Tiahleigh's naked body was found by fishermen on November 6 on the banks of the Pimpama River in southeast Queensland.

Police will allege Rick Thorburn murdered Tiahleigh to cover up the incest.
A week later on November 20, Trent Thorburn, who is accused of having an illegal sexual relationship with Tiahleigh during the 10 months she was in the family’s care, posted a topless selfie on Instagram.
"Time for schoolies has come," Trent wrote before posting a grinning emoji.

He posted multiple smiling selfies during his schoolies trip as police continued to search the banks of the Pimpama River.
On December 4, detectives found a muddy school shoe 100 metres from where Tiahleigh's body was found. The same week Trent Thorburn published a photo with the caption: "Went to hooters for lunch with da boys".
In February, police offered a $250,000 reward for information. Meanwhile Trent Thorburn posted pictures from his welding apprenticeship: "My first tig weaving today, can't wait to do it with aluminium next."

In March, police forensically examined an empty housing commission home near Tiahleigh’s school in the Brisbane suburb of Logan and urged anyone who might have seen her near the property to come forward.
Tiahleigh’s biological mother Cyndi, who had been preparing for a custody hearing to get her daughter back when Tiahleigh went missing, made a public appeal for information.
Trent Thorburn continued to post selfies and pictures of cars throughout the month.

A week later, on September 13, a blue Ford XR6 formerly owned by the Thorburns was seized by police.
On September 20, Trent, Rick, his 54-year-old wife Julene, and his 20-year-old son Josh were arrested and taken into custody and charged with various offences.
Julene and Josh Thorburn were charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice and perjury.
Rick Thorburn was due to appear in court on Wednesday after being charged with murder and interfering with Tiahleigh Palmer's corpse, but the 56-year-old was placed in an induced coma after collapsing in a Beenleigh watch house on Tuesday afternoon.
A Brisbane court heard on Wednesday that Trent Thorburn had allegedly told a cousin in a Facebook message that he had sex with Tiahleigh and worried she might be pregnant.
The police prosecutor told the court Trent Thorburn was asked on five separate occasions if he had a sexual relationship with the 12-year-old or any involvement in her death. He denied any involvement or sexual contact with Tiahleigh Palmer.
Trent Thorburn has been denied bail.

This week marks the last United Nations General Assembly for Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, whose second term expires at the end of the year.
As the race to replace him begins, next month the UN Security Council will start casting color-coded ballots to see where the various candidates stand in the eyes of the five members — the US, UK, France, China, and Russia, known colloquially as the "P-5" — who could torpedo their campaign with a veto.
Once someone wins the approval of the Security Council, their name goes to the General Assembly, which basically acts like a stamp of approval. (No candidate for the UNSG role has ever been rejected by the GA.)
