Destiny's Child Will Reunite At The Super Bowl
Insiders are saying that Beyonce will reunite with Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams onstage during the Super Bowl XLVII halftime show.

US Weekly have sources confirming that midway through Beyonce's half-time show Williams and Rowland will appear on-stage. The trio will perform a medley of their greatest hits, along with a new song "Nuclear," which is the first original song the trio has released in almost a decade.
The last time Destiny's Child reunited was in 2006. The trio will be releasing a compliation record of their best songs later in the year.

First Look: "Bates Motel" Tries To Freak You Out
We've got three exclusive teasers from Bates Motel , the reimagining of Norman Bates' Psycho story coming to A&E in March. Executive producer Carlton Cuse talks about the show.

When Carlton Cuse – one half of the Lost showrunning duo that became known by geeks as "Darlton" (Damon Lindelof being the other half) – was approached to reimagine the story of Psycho for television, he was, he said, "scared."
"I thought it was a tall order to try to follow in the footsteps of Hitchcock's movie," Cuse told me this week. "But I just had a bunch of ideas that I thought were really intriguing, and most of all I was really fascinated by the relationship between Norma and Norman. I was inspired by Christopher Nolan, who had taken the Batman franchise and wholly made it is own."
And so Bates Motel, which will premiere on A&E on March 18, was born under Cuse and Kerry Ehrin, a former Friday Night Lights writer, with whom Cuse said he experienced "instant chemistry, instant meshing." The pilot — set in the present — sets up the story of Norma (Vera Farmiga) and her high-school-aged son Norman (Freddie Highmore) Bates, who have moved to a seaside town to start over, and have bought a motel. You know the one.
"You know their inevitable fate," Cuse said. "But you're hoping against hope that that fate doesn't happen to them, because you kind of fall in love with them."

Did Anthropologie Pull A Racist Candlestick From Its Website?

Anthropologie has been selling a "Trinket & Treasure Candlestick" featuring a Mammy figure that many will find offensive — though the product is no longer available.
The $398 item (the price is another issue altogether) appears to have been for sale when Jezebel noticed it Thursday night, but it's now listed as being "no longer available." Other "trinkets" on the candlestick include a stereotypical Asian character, a picture of JFK, and a picture of a house in Alaska.
The candlesticks are one-of-a-kind (each one features different "trinkets" and no other ones appear to have Mammy figures on them), so it's possible that someone indeed bought the one racist candlestick this morning. It's also possible that Anthropologie pulled the candlestick after recognizing the quickly-brewing outrage.
"Looks like cache for last night still had it as purchase-able," a blogger named Roxy who runs the blog Effortless Anthropologie, a personal site about her love for the brand, explained in an email. "My guess is that since no two are alike they'll change out the photos and make the product available again but I don't know for sure."
UPDATE: Anthropologie Public Relations Director Sara Goodstein explains, "An independent artisan makes these one-of-a-kind candlesticks from vintage ceramics. Unfortunately two that we received included extremely inappropriate figurines, and we have removed them from our website." She adds: "We sincerely regret the offense we have caused."
