The first clip for the 4th season of “Arrested Development” has been released and it's insanely awesome.

Netflix has released the first clip of the highly anticipated return of Arrested Development. The description reads "Lucille finds a way to get around the building's strict no smoking policy and the fact that her ankle monitor prevents her from approaching the balcony."

The Emmy Award-winning series returns May 26th on Netflix.

The celebrations in the Netherlands were an explosion of color and booze.

AMSTERDAM - As Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands abdicated today, her son Willem-Alexander became the new king, and the first male head of state from the House of Orange in over a hundred years. His wife Maxima, of Argentinian descent, will be Queen.

President Obama sent out congratulations: "On behalf of the American people, Michelle and I congratulate His Majesty Willem-Alexander on the occasion of his investiture as King of the Netherlands, and we wish the very best to him and Queen Maxima as they assume their new roles. Our two nations share a rich history and strong ties, and we enjoyed hosting the royal couple at the White House in September 2009, when they visited the United States to mark the 400th anniversary of Henry Hudson's historic voyage. We also send our heartfelt appreciation to Princess Beatrix for her steadfast friendship, selfless service, and exemplary leadership as she steps down after 33 years. The Kingdom of the Netherlands is a valued friend of the United States, and we look forward to continuing our close cooperation in the years to come."

How To Make An Absolutely Insane Kentucky Derby Hat

And a slightly-less-insane one. These hats will protect you from the sun's rays all summer long.

The best part of the Kentucky Derby, besides the rampant drinking and gambling, is the hats.

If you insist on staying slightly classy while you sip your bourbon.

Gather your materials.

Basically, anything that could conceivably be hot-glued to a cheap hat can and should be. For the totally over-the-top version, we used:

- An assorted bag of pom-poms.
- A huge homemade pom-pom. (Here's a great tutorial if you'd like to learn how to make them yourself. It's wicked addictive.)
- A variety of pipe-cleaners.
- Gigantic googly eyes.
- Medium-sized googly eyes with creepy eyelashes.
- Little plastic charms.
- Stick-on silver and gold glitter letters.
- A hot glue gun.
- Scissors.

For the more toned-down hat, we used:
- Four large homemade pom-poms.
- A strip of burlap ribbon.
- Gilding paint for a variety of plastic charms and seashells.

Don't forget the hats.

These each cost less than $10 from the Burlington Coat Factory.

A little boy in Kentucky was playing with a rifle made for children when it went off by accident. This is a heartbreaking story.

According to Kentucky.com, a 5-year-old boy in Cumberland County, Kentucky was playing with his .22-caliber rifle when it accidentally went off, hitting his 2-year-old sister.

This is a very, very odd story about a woman who allegedly made anonymous threats against herself on Facebook.

Meg Lanker-Simons is a University Of Wyoming student who is currently charged with interference in a police investigation.

Lanker-Simons allegedly made an anonymous rape threat against herself in a post on the UW Crushes Facebook page, and then lied about it to authorities.

According to authorities, she made the controversial post, then denounced it on the page, inspiring UW authorities to investigate who had posted the message.

Police investigated the incident. By Monday, they had collected "substantial evidence" and determined that the posting was a hoax perpetrated by Lanker-Simons on her personal computer while it was in her possession.
University police came to their conclusion based on an interview with Lanker-Simons and a search of her computer after obtaining a warrant, reports the Laramie Boomerang (the local daily paper).
