Jacob Cox-Brown is an 18-year-old living in Astoria, Oregon. Jacob Cox-Brown is also very, very stupid. According to The Daily Astorian:
At 1 a.m. Wednesday [the 2nd], [police] responded to 1884 Fifth St. for a hit-and-run crash.
A white-colored Scion had been sideswiped, leaving significant damage to the car.
Later that day, [an officer] received a private Facebook message from someone who wanted to report what Jacob Cox-Brown posted on Facebook.

Mr. Jacob Cox-Brown, ladies and gentlemen. Obviously, the police (didn't) have their work cut out for them with this case. Again, The Daily Astorian:
Police went to Cox-Brown's house and found a vehicle that matched the damage done to the two vehicles at the early morning crash.
Cox-Brown was arrested and lodged at the Clatsop County Jail. He was charged with two counts of failing to perform the duties of a driver.
