Joey Gladstone has a teaching degree
In To Joey, with Love, Michelle complains that since there are no substitute teachers available for her school, she's forced to watch boring filmstrips day after day.

Joey also has a pilot's license.
Remember the two-part episode about Jesse and Becky's wedding? Remember how Jesse, believing that there'd be no more adventures for him after getting married, decides to jump out of a plane? Think back to that episode, think back to right before Jesse jumps and ask yourself something...
Who was flying the plane?
The answer, is Joey frakkin' Gladstone. So, not only does this guy have a teaching degree he doesn't monetize, he also has the ability to fly a plane—an ability he used only once as far as the continuity of the show is concerned.
