Brian Hartline just signed a $30 million contract with the Miami Dolphins. He calls owning convenience stores “a dream.”

This is Brian Hartline. Hartline's played wide receiver for four years in the NFL, and this offseason, he signed a five-year, $31 million contract with the Miami Dolphins. That's a lot of money!

But Hartline, who grew up in Canton, Ohio and majored in communications at Ohio State, doesn't act like a rich dude. In fact, he acts very differently than a rich dude. For example: since January, he's owned and worked in a drive-thru convenience store in his home state, and he talked about it on Dan Le Batard's radio show this week. It's called Smart Stop, and the interviewers couldn't believe it.

Sure you had Sleeping Beauty and Peter Pan , but Disney published some other titles you may have forgotten about.

Walt Disney Read-Along Book and Records were first released in 1965. Each book ran 24 pages and included a 7 inch record of a narrator who read the story.

Walt Disney Read-Along Book and Records were first released in 1965. Each book ran 24 pages and included a 7 inch record of a narrator who read the story.

The books were typically adaptations of popular Disney movies, cartoons, and sometimes titles based on non-Disney properties.

The records included dialogue, sounds and songs from the movies or cartoons. But, the most memorable sound was Tinkerbell's chimes, the signal for the reader to turn the page.

The records were produced until about 1986, when they were completely replaced by cassettes

A landmark in fashion.

"Dave, what goes into the perfect red carpet outfit?"

It's a question that gets asked of me a lot, often several times a day. While countless folks have begged me to write on the subject, it just didn't feel right. I'd tell them that the topic is too controversial, the debate too heated, the designers much too good friends of mine. Well, that was then. This is now. I'm pleased to finally break my silence and bring you what I believe - nay - what I know to be the greatest red carpet outfit of all time. Without further ado...

Not sure if this is the cutest or the saddest thing in the whole world. Maybe both.

From the description: "Percy has a surrogate brother. When Percy was bought home he had originally had a little brother, who unfortunately died. He was given this little leopard (who was the same size as him!) as a comforter and now keeps leopard with him all the time! You'll always see him cleaning or playing with it and when you get too close he'll carry leopard away."

Eventually you'll end up soaked in Guinness. Start the day off on a slightly more ambitious note.

MAKES 1

INGREDIENTS
2½ oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
½ oz Bailey's Irish cream

PREPARATION
Pour Kahlua, almost filling shot glass. Then, carefully and slowly pour Baileys over the back of a spoon. This will give the "Guinness" it's "head."

Recipe by Imen McDonnell

MAKES 1

INGREDIENTS
½ oz clove syrup (recipe below)
2½ oz Guinness Stout
1 oz Irish peated single-malt whiskey such as Connemara

PREPARATION
Make the clove syrup by dissolving 1 cup of sugar with one cup of water with 15 whole cloves over high heat. Allow to cool completely.

Pour ½ oz of clove syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. (In the photos in the post we used a jam jar instead of a cocktail shaker.) Add Guinness and whiskey to shaker. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail, coupe, or martini glass.
